“From Oaxaca to the Soil — A Journey of Roots”
Celsa’s Backstory
Celsa grew up in the valleys of Oaxaca, where the land teaches you before any school does. Her grandmother's hands knew every herb by touch, every season by scent. The Milpa — corn, beans, and squash growing together — was not just agriculture. It was philosophy.
When she arrived to California, Celsa carried those teachings in her soul. When she saw the opportunity to build an organic farm — not just a plot of earth, but a stage for her culture — a place where Oaxacan soil could meet Californian sun and produce something extraordinary that brings connection to her legacy.
"When I plant a seed, I am planting my grandmother's memory. When I harvest, I am keeping our traditions alive. The land does not forget where we come from — and neither do I."
